This website is operated by Give Personalised Gifts. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Give Personalised Gifts. Give Personalised Gifts offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

This page (together with our privacy notice) tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which we sell any of the products (“Products”) listed on www.givepersonalisedgifts.co.uk or such other website which may replace it from time to time (our “website”) to you.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website, www.givepersonalisedgifts.co.uk (the “Website”). By visiting www.givepersonalisedgifts.co.uk or by placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must not use this website.

You will be able to access most areas of this website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.

We may amend these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please regularly check this page to find the latest version of our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may from time to time be superseded by legal notices posted on other pages of this site. If you do not wish to accept any new conditions you should not continue to use this Website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


Making a contract with us

You can only order Products with us online via this website. By placing your order, you have read the product description, the Readme and Delivery tab.

This is how a contract is formed between you and Give Personalised Gifts

When you place an order for a Product by using the website you are making an offer to buy the product at  the price shown on the website, subject to these Terms. 

Our online order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.

When you place your order online we will take payment as per this clause. We will send you an email which will confirm that we have received your order. At this stage, the order status will read as "pending".

We will then review your order and check Product availability after which we will  contact you by email to confirm that your order has been accepted. At this point a contract is then formed between us.   The email is our acceptance of your order and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Products purchased. The order status will then be changed to read "Processing". We will then begin the personalisation process for your order.

If the Product is not available we will decline your order and send to you an email explaining this and any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. There will be no contract between us.

Order Cancellation and Amendment

We operate an automated production process, this means most of our personalised products are sent automatically to production once an order has been made.  We are therefore unable to amend, refund or cancel your order for personalised products once your order has been made.  

Check your order during the ordering process to ensure that there are no mistakes or misspelling.

Please be aware that once you have successfully placed an order for a personalised goods we are unable to cancel, amend the order or details provided, this is due to the nature of the products being personalised.  Please note that this does not affect your right to cancel a contract in accordance or return your order with clause 7.

 You should print a copy of these Terms or save them to your computer for future reference.

Goods are supplied by third party companies directly to you and the contract of sale then exists between you and Give Personalised Gifts /GPG Enterprises Ltd. These terms and conditions cover all sales made through this website

Give Personalised Gifts /GPG Enterprises Ltd may cancel any contract between you and us and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If we cancel your order, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

Each order that we accept will be a separate contract between you and us and each contract will be subject to these Terms.


Order Involving Uploading Photo

You must read and adhere to our photo guide prior to uploading images to your order (for photo products). We cannot be held responsible if you do not follow the guidelines stated in the photo guide.



The price for each Product is shown on the website and includes any relevant sales taxes (such as VAT, as and when we are registered for VAT)

We always try to make sure that the prices on the website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products that you order we will notify you as soon as possible using the contact details you supplied to us when placing your order. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you within 7 days of our notice we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. If you confirm, you must pay the difference before we despatch the Product.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify. For more information about our delivery charges for despatches to UK addresses click here.

Prices are quoted on the website in UK Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euros. Your credit card company may charge their own exchange rate where the payment currency differs from your account. Please note that refunds are made in the same currency as the original order, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.



You must provide full and accurate payment details (e.g. credit card, debit card, PayPal or gift voucher) at the point of submitting your order.

We will take payment from your credit card, debit card, PayPal account or gift voucher as soon as you place your order, except where products are out of stock or on pre-order. Payment will be taken for these orders when the product is ready for dispatch.

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Paypal and American Express.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK and you place your order via the website you can pay in pounds sterling, Euros or USD by credit card or PayPal.

To ensure that shopping online is secure, when paying by credit or debit card your details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet. Your credit card company may also carry out additional security checks to confirm it is you making the order. In the event your card is declined please contact your card issuer to authorise the transaction.

All order details will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address if the name of the recipient of the order is different.

Where payment is made by you using methods other than Paypal, Visa/MasterCard or American Express there may be a delay to your order while we verify your age. Orders may also be subject to delay should we need to carry out additional security checks. Security searches may include: Electoral Roll, credit check, Experian FraudID, and bank - name and address checks.


We do not accept gift vouchers.


If you have received a promotional voucher or code from us, only one such promotional voucher code can be redeemed per order.

Only one offer, discount count or promotion can be used on any order.

Promotional voucher codes are issued from time to time at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel promotional voucher codes at any time without notice and without giving a reason.

Only one promotional voucher code can be redeemed against any single order. If there is an unused balance of discount or credit remaining on the promotional voucher code, that balance will be extinguished and cannot be redeemed with any other orders.

Promotional voucher codes cannot be re-used.

Promotional voucher codes have a cash redemption value of 0.001p and are not transferable.

Promotional voucher codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.

Promotional voucher codes may not be sold. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes auctions and other online sales.

Certain Products cannot be purchased with promotional voucher codes. These are products that are marked “SALE” or shown as already discounted.

The issuing of promotional voucher codes may be restricted (for example, one per email address). Please see the promotional page for details.


All Products are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product to you following our acceptance of your order as per clause 2.4, we will notify you as soon as we can. If we cannot supply a Product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount of your up front payment.

​The images of the Products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the images accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s or device’s display accurately reflect the Products. Your Products may vary from those images.

​Certain Products advertised on the website (including but not limited to alcoholic beverages and dangerous items like knives) can only be purchased if you satisfy the legal age requirement for that Product. We are not allowed by law to supply these Products to you if you do not satisfy these age requirements. If you are underage, please do not attempt to order these Products. We reserve the right to request proof of age and not to supply Products to users that we suspect do not meet the legal age requirements.

Personalised/Photo Upload Products:

We will use the information and images that you provide to create your customised product/s. We will not share that information with any third party, except as is strictly necessary to fulfil your order, e.g. to ship an order or if printed and dispatched by an external supplier.

For the purposes of creating your customised products, we save a copy of the images used to compose the customisations. We do not share your images and at all times they remain your property. Any images uploaded must be your own and by uploading them you are confirming that you have the right to use them. Give Personalised Gifts /GPG Enterprises Ltd is not responsible for the content of the information provided.

Personalised products create an order by using your Instagram® account username and password. Upon creating your first product customisation, the account is created in our system and can be subsequently accessed provided the authorisation is successful from Instagram®. We do not keep or store your account credentials but are given access to your account images by Instagram® through the use of their API.


Lead Times

We sell mainly personalised products.  This takes time to make.  Your order is of importance to us, each and every order we process is dealt with equal importance.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-7 working days (Mon to Fri excluding Bank Holidays) although this may increase around peak periods such as Christmas.

For some personalised Ceramic goods due to the Manufacturing Process please allow up to 10 working days for the dispatch of your order.

Although we endeavour to despatch all orders by the above lead times, these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.  All dispatch times will be shown when ordering.  The dispatch times are an estimate, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are dispatched later than the estimated dispatch time nor will we be held responsible for orders that may arrive later than the estimated delivery times. Refunds or compensation are not given if an item is delayed. Our Next Day Delivery Service is dependent on Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee that delivery will be made on time.

Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday inclusive.

We offer no guarantee that your order will be received by a stated date or time.  Please allow up to 10 working days for items to reach you as Delivery Companies are very busy..

Colour and design of presentation boxes may vary as from images shown especially at peak periods

We aim to deliver your Products by the estimated delivery date set out in the acceptance email and in any event within 28 days from the date of order or, in the case of pre-ordered Products, 28 days from the date of the despatch confirmation email. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our reasonable control we will email to you a revised estimated delivery date.

​​Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the delivery address given in the order.

​The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

​​You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. You will be notified of the delivery charges when you place your order.

Non Delivered Goods

If you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item.

We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.

All Claims for NON-DELIVERY must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

We will replace free of charge an item which is deemed to be lost in the post.  We are unable to refund items that have been shown as delivered by Royal Mail.

We will not refund or replace any order that is lost in any delivery network due to you the customer supplying an incomplete or poor address.

Returned item

(Should an order be returned as non-collected/delivered by our carrier a redelivery charge will need to be paid for your order to be dispatched)

Give Personalised Gifts /GPG Enterprises Ltd  makes a commitment to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with our Privacy Notice..


We believe that you will be delighted with your Products but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We will try to attend to all return requests as soon as practically possible.

​Please note that returns are not able to be accepted in person at our registered  or business address.

Nothing in this agreement will affect your statutory rights.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

​​Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order. If you are unhappy with a Product when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, with the despatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund to you the price paid for that Product.

If any item is not what you required then just notify us within 14 days of receipt. (via our online returns centre)

If goods are returned we will issue a refund excluding postage and packaging. The costs of returning goods will be paid by you.

​Payment will be made within 14 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned Product and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition required by above clause (on returns) above. The consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period in order for a refund to be given.

Certain Products are excluded from this 14 day money back guarantee. Those Products include (for example): food; perishable items; personalised products; or Products made to order. These Products cannot be returned for a refund.  Where a personalised product is faulty, this will be replaced. 

Faulty Items Or Items Damaged In Transit

If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If the deadline for reporting faulty items or parcels damaged in transit are exceeded, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods.


We do not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any Product.

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and any information, images or software accessed via the website are owned by or licensed to Firebox and, unless otherwise specified, may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent.

Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of the website, all photographs on it and our marketing materials.

We do not give any warranty or representation in respect of the trade marks or trade names of any of the Products or brands featured on the website.


It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.

Use of website

This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Website uptime

All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

Visitor provided material

Any material that a visitor to this website sends or posts to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy.

When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this website any material: 

(a) for which you have not obtained all necessary consents;

(b) that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom;

 (c) which is harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.

We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring us to disclose the identity or other details of any person posting material to this website in breach of Paragraph

 All our gifts containing alcohol  are shipped by a partner company who is fully licensed to sell alcohol.

We cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18. For this reason, we may refuse an order or refuse to make a delivery at our discretion. By placing an order you confirm that both you and the person the order is to be delivered to, are aged 18 years or over.

We do not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any Product nor the right to copy them, We do not make any warranty or representation in respect of any other trade mark and the trade marks of the brands featured on our website belongs to their respective owners.

Finally: please double check your personalisation as how it appears here will be how it appears on the product, including spacing and punctuation. Please do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this. This includes accents above and below the alphabetical or numerical text.  Even though your accents or special characters does show in the order preview, OUR PROCESS CANNOT PRINT THESE. We regret that we will not be able to issue a refund where a special character has been entered.
