As our products are items which will be personalised for you, they are customised to order and it takes time to make these customisations. Hence there are Lead or Despatch times on most of our products i.e time at the factory to personalised your product.
Lead/Despatch time for our products are as follows:
- Despatched within 24 hours: Cards, Chocolate Bars excluding Toblerone
- Despatched within 48 hours: Selected Mugs
- Despatched within 1-3 days: Engraved, Printed Items, Embroidered and Candles
- Despatched within 3-5 days: Ceramic and Printed Glass
Although we endeavour to despatch all orders by the above lead times, these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
How much will I be charged for Delivery?
- FREE standard (Royal Mail 48 hour) delivery on Cards. If a card is ordered with other non free delivery items than a delivery charge is payable for the other items.
- £3.79 Royal Mail 48 hours for orders £9.99 and under (Plus the despatched time as highlighted above)
- £3.99 Royal Mail 48 hours for orders £10.00 and above (Plus the despatched time as highlighted above)
- £4.99 Royal Mail 24 hours (Plus the despatched time as highlighted above)
- £5.99 Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours (Plus the despatched time as highlighted above)
- £7.99 Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next Working Day) NB: Because of the nature of the personalisation majority of our products are not available for next day delivery. Please check the product description or contact us before selecting this option.

Product requiring images
- We only accept images with a JPG extension. Files must be 3MB or smaller
- We do not provide an image cropping service
- Low resolutuon images cannot be increased without loss of image quality
- Your image will be reproduced as it appears. However in some cases, we may crop the image for size to fit the product you order
- We cannot reproduce copyrighted photos and images
