The vase was good quality with high quality personalisation. Delivery was good, the item arrived on time and Un-damaged. Exceeded my expectations overall given the competitive price. Very happy, highly recommended.

asked for a pencil case with a name on it with a special character. I gave the correct spelling of the name. The company put the special character on it but spelt the name incorrectly. I asked them can they fix this, but after many emails discussing the situation i received no reply and I am now out the money.

We do try very hard to make customers aware by stating in three different places during the ordering process that we do not support accents, including accents below or above a name and we advised customers not to include this in their personalisation as this cannot be printed correctly. Your personalisation included an accent above the name. My colleague contacted you on three occasions to try and resolve this issue as best we can. One of my colleagues will contact you again.

Name only pencils

These were fine and our Grandchildren liked them but I was a little disappointed that there was no engraving. I fear the name will rub off with use. The pens were fab and I intend to order a personalised make up bag.
